In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for patients, managing inquiries and scheduling while ensuring effective communication with the team.

Responsibilities
MUST have EMR and/or clinical billing experience. ONLY previous experience will be considered
Manage telephone inquiries, act as a patient liaison, provide information to potential or current patients
Schedule patients; coordinate evaluations, re-evaluations, appointment reminders and cancellations
Collect new patient intake information; track all clinic referrals
Work closely with billing company to ensure proper reimbursement
Serve as a physician and billing liaison
Verify Insurance and track insurance-covered visits; take copayments
Communicate with the owner, office manager, and clinicians daily
Qualification
Required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
