Responsibilities
Operate process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product at the right time and with the required quality
Execute the assigned tasks according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance
Operate machines in accordance with the operating manual, work schedule, and/or production order instructions
Perform routine machinery set-up, adjustments, and repairing and fitting simple replacement parts
Ensure regular standard maintenance of the equipment, tools set-up, programming activities, and troubleshooting and reporting issues, if any; and maintaining detailed records of machinery set-ups, repairs, and maintenance activities
Keep track of approved, defective units, and final products
Qualification
Required
You enjoy working with machinery and tooling including troubleshooting
You have 2 years of experience in machine operations
You are qualified in Blueprint reading skills
You are innovative when working within a team
High School diploma or equivalent required
