Responsibilities
Program and operate DMG 5-axis mill or Mill/turn CNC machines using CAMWorks, Fusion or Siemens NX
Plan and execute entire processes, from design files to finished, measured parts
Suggest design improvements for manufacturability
Maintain a clean, safe workspace and ensure parts meet tight tolerances
Collaborate directly with engineering teams to meet daily or next-day turnaround times
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with advanced 5-axis/Mill-Turn CNC programming
Deep knowledge of a professional CAM system
Ability to perform accurate part measurements and quality checks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with a small, focused team
