Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing a variety of tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals
Identifying key tax planning opportunities and delivering strategic advisory insights
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional growth
Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to provide value beyond standard compliance
Actively contributing to business development initiatives and expanding client relationships
Qualification
Required
A Licensed CPA designation
5+ years of experience in preparing a wide variety of tax returns (corporate, partnership, trust, and individual)
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
A genuine passion for community involvement and a proactive approach to expanding client service offerings
