This role involves managing rail performance and driving efficiencies to reduce transportation costs for hazardous waste and oil products.

Responsibilities
Manage the Rail Logistics Operations companywide
Utilizing rail applications, the rail logistics team, and rail experience to drive efficiencies and reduce transportation costs
Responsible for all rail operational performance for both Clean Harbors and Safety-Kleen transporting large volumes of hazardous waste and various oil products
Drive efficiencies within our network to optimize transportation costs by utilizing barge, ocean freight and other logistics options
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing rail logistics operations
Ability to utilize rail applications and drive efficiencies
Experience in transporting hazardous waste and oil products
Strong understanding of transportation cost optimization
Experience with barge, ocean freight, and other logistics options
