Boston Medical Center (BMC) is a healthcare institution seeking a CT Technologist to contribute to their Radiology department. The role involves providing CT skills and implementing policies under the supervision of the CT Scan Supervisor.

Provide CT skills and initiatives to the department mission through interactions with staff and others as necessary
Work as a Technologist on either East Newton or Harrison Avenue campus while also implementing policy and procedures as determined necessary through CT Scan Supervisor and Radiology Administrative Director
Qualification
Required
Work requires knowledge of principles and procedures of diagnostic radiology and CT and the operation and maintenance of Radiologic equipment generally acquired through the completion of two years post-high school training in an approved school of radiologic technology
Other in-house and on-the-job training also required
State license required and all applicable radiology education requirements
MRST, AART required
Work requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and all/any apprehensions, to instruct students and to provide technical supervision to staff technologists
Preferred
CT license preferred
