Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing credit union clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities
Strategically manage assigned accounts to increase Catalyst’s market share and meet individual sales goals
Effectively communicate investment opportunities through various channels, including virtual and in-person interactions
Represent Catalyst at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the client base
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
1-3 years of experience in fixed-income financial markets or business development within financial institutions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Suite
Strong knowledge of fixed-income investment products
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
Strong relationship-building and client management skills
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to manage and grow a portfolio of business
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com
Familiarity with Bloomberg and financial market data tools
Ability to effectively engage and communicate with senior-level executives
Understanding of credit union and bank balance sheets
