Responsibilities
Manage deal pipeline and coordinate with key stakeholders
Model, value, and evaluate investment opportunities across sectors
Conduct due diligence and prepare investment materials
Research new investment ideas and market opportunities
Execute acquisitions and structure investments
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/credit, or corporate development
Proven deal experience in completed M&A and/or financing transactions
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (essential)
Preferred
Healthcare and/or financial services background (preferred but not required)
Leveraged finance, credit investing, and/or private credit experience is a plus (but not required)
