Responsibilities
Collaborates with department and project staff for the installation and maintenance of system traffic management system software
Facilitates and contributes to the development of project plans and customer solutions
Participates in pre-release software testing
Conducts traffic signal controller timing conversions
Prepares periodic progress and cost reports for leadership
Ensures compliance with codes, guidelines, best practices, and policies
Collaborates with other department staff to identify and troubleshoot problems
Collaborates with others to share problems and solutions
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a high school diploma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is highly desired
Experience in traffic or transportation industry is desired
