Required

Experience in mixed-signal PCB layout, board bring-up/debug, EMC/EMI mitigation, IEC 60601 experience or driver implementation

Experience with bare-metal or RTOS (FreeRTOS), timing-critical I/O, C/C++, IEC 62304 experience, unit/integration testing, bootloaders, or Wi-Fi/cellular communication protocols

Demonstrated excellence in some context related to electrical or firmware engineering

Ability to push the project forward with rigor and curiosity

Preferred

Designed and brought up boards for safety-critical systems, and can deliver tested, production-ready hardware with minimal oversight

Shipped a large-scale embedded system where key properties were specified and enforced via tests and instrumentation, yielding stable field deployments
