Bilingual Senior Manager, Pricing, Promotion & Trade (English/Korean)

Responsibilities
Oversees ROI pre-assessment using sales forecasts to guide strategic resource allocation and investment decisions
Develop and execute pricing strategies by aligning with product management team to set prices for products across various channels, optimizing price points
Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to make informed pricing decisions and to identify opportunities for price optimization
Develop and implement promotional strategies that align with business objectives and attract target audiences
Monitor and evaluate promotional performance for adjustments based on performance and market trends
Develop trade strategies and plans, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment with the company's growth and profit objectives
Optimize trade spending by analyzing trade promotion executions to uncover opportunities for improved ROI and influencing tangible improvements for key customers
Present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and influencing decision-making processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or other related fields
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with a focus on pricing, promotion management, or trade optimization
In-depth understanding and experience in developing and implementing various pricing strategies (e.g., cost-based, competitive, penetration, value-based)
Must have experience with analytical tools and methodologies for pricing and promotion optimization
Proven ability to lead projects, influence cross-functional partners, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership
Korean and English Fluency is required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data and insights in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
Must have experience working with and managing data warehousing systems for accessing and utilizing large datasets
Preferred
Master's degree (MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
