Responsibilities

Apply your knowledge and skill acquired from coursework and research to characterize, model, and optimize RF devices including heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBT), high electron-mobility transistors (HEMT), and diodes

Gain and apply knowledge about Keysight's industry, infrastructure, and products in your assignment

Required

Pursuing a graduate degree or PHD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Computer Engineering, or similar field

Experience with electrical test, device characterization and device modeling software including ADS and IC CAP is required

Experience with advanced microelectronics processes is essential

Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills for successful inter-group and intra-group interactions

Candidates must be highly motivated to accomplish all the tasks required to meet aggressive product development schedules and world class manufacturing expectations
