InternEliada Homes is seeking recent college graduates for their RISE Internship, a 13-month paid residency focused on gaining hands-on experience in the mental health field. Interns will work directly with children and adolescents in psychiatric residential treatment, providing support and implementing treatment plans.

Responsibilities
Provide daily support and supervision to youth with mental health diagnoses
Implement individualized treatment plans and life skills coaching
Participate in therapeutic activities and crisis interventions
Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
Complete mental health and program documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (any field)
Strong leadership, adaptability, and interest in mental health
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
