Start in 2026 SpringOriana House, Inc. is seeking a Caseworker Intern for Spring 2026. The intern will assist in the development and monitoring of client programming, act as a liaison with referral sources, and support community referrals for clients.

Responsibilities
Assist in the development, modification, and monitoring of individual client programming
Act as a liaison with referral sources to support client progress
Support appropriate community referrals and connections for clients
Assist in developing assessment-based case plans
Monitor client compliance with program rules and expectations
Perform other duties as assigned to support case management staff
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree program (Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients
Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn
