Responsibilities
Assist with maintaining accurate and timely whereabouts of clients assigned to the facility
Support the effective implementation of agency and program policies and procedures
Accurately complete required documentation, including whereabouts/counts, shift reports, incident reports, and individual client logs
Help supervise clients’ daily routines and scheduled activities
Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
Preferred
Currently enrolled in a degree program (Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred)
