This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulations and providing guidance on documentation issues while collaborating with lenders and third parties.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review loan documents for new loans, renewals, and modifications
Ensure compliance with TRID timelines, federal/state regulations, and bank policies
Work with lenders, title companies, and vendors to gather accurate information
Review title commitments, construction binders, and supporting documentation
Manage lien perfection (Deeds of Trust, Mortgages, UCC filings, etc.)
Create/customize documents in LaserPro (Finastra)
Maintain records in loan systems and HMDA reporting tools
Provide support and guidance to lenders on documentation issues
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of TRID loan document preparation experience
Experience with LaserPro
Preferred
NMLS registration or ability to obtain
Commercial loan document prep experience
Experience with loan platforms (CSI, nCino, etc.)
