Business Development Executive (New York)
Fresha is the leading marketplace platform for beauty and wellness, trusted by millions globally. They are seeking a Business Development Executive to focus on bringing in new business, managing the sales process, and collaborating with partners to align solutions with their needs.

Responsibilities
Consistently achieve sales targets
Field-based outreach, calling key decision-makers using phone, email & social touches with the goal of bringing on new business
Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners
Managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with existing/potential partners in order to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience
Provide feedback about ongoing trends in the industry
Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities
Qualification
Required
1+ years of B2B sales with a track record of success
Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable
You are a true hunter and relationship builder
You can multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
You are naturally curious and have a desire to continually grow and develop
You are adaptable, embrace change, and take initiative even in the face of ambiguity
You excel at building strong, authentic relationships through a friendly and empathetic approach
Preferred
Fluency in English and another language (Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Cantonese, etc.)
Experience within the beauty and wellness industry
