Commercial Real Estate Broker
Development Site Advisors is New York City’s only brokerage firm focused exclusively on the sale of development sites, redevelopment properties, air rights, and JV equity transactions. They are seeking a Senior Director of Sales to source, structure, and close transactions in these areas, while leveraging a full-service team of in-house experts.

Responsibilities
Source, secure, and execute transactions of development sites, air rights, as well as JV equity partnerships across the five boroughs
Advise sellers and developers on pricing, zoning potential, JV structuring, and marketing strategies to maximize value
Work closely with our in-house experts to create high-impact presentations, development analyses, feasibility studies and JV proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and JV equity partners
Represent DSA at meetings, tours, and industry events as a top-tier market specialist
Qualification
Required
Proven track record with at least 25 closed development site, air rights, and/or JV transactions in NYC
Strong knowledge of NYC zoning, development potential analysis, and the 'City of Yes' initiative
Established relationships with property owners, active developers, and equity capital sources
High-level negotiation skills and a reputation for integrity and results
