Responsibilities
Hit sales goals set by the VP of Sales and Inside Sales Manager by delivering a strong customer experience and closing business with direct consumers and direct groups
Handle inbound sales inquiries by asking smart qualifying questions and confidently guiding prospects to take the next step
Follow up on leads through outbound calls, email, chat, and text to qualify opportunities, present the right product, and close the sale
Identify upsell opportunities and additional services based on customer needs and travel plans
Provide a confident, professional phone presence while managing multiple channels (phone, email, live chat)
Serve as a creative problem solver—helping customers navigate questions, concerns, and unique situations
Partner across departments to resolve issues and ensure customers get the right solution
Maintain consistent inbound/outbound activity to drive revenue and results
Participate in training and coaching to continuously improve conversion and performance
Use Salesforce to document leads, track follow-up, and manage your pipeline effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
P&C License (or the ability to pass the examination within 30 days of employment)
Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
