Facilitating in creating seamless transitions of new products into a high-mix production environment

Engaging in early design concepts with a focus on design for excellence

Assisting in structuring bills of materials to ensure manufacturing scalability

Developing work instructions and routings within an MES system

Identifying and tracking critical process parameters to create a robust dataset for yield and process improvements

Planning, preparing, training, and executing the transfer to manufacturing

Identifying automation opportunities and assisting with their implementation

Designing assembly lines to meet takt times and balance production lines

Executing projects aimed at continuous improvement and development
