Computer Software

Responsibilities

Lead preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, footnotes, MD&A)
Research and implement new accounting standards (rev rec, purchase price accounting, etc.)
Partner with internal audit and cross-functional teams on controls and compliance
Support ad hoc projects such as acquisitions, due diligence, and system/process improvements

Qualification

SEC reportingGAAP knowledgeTechnical accountingCPAPublic accountingAnalytical skillsCommunication ability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
5+ years of relevant experience (public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience required)
Strong GAAP knowledge, analytical skills, and communication ability

Preferred

CPA preferred or tracking
