Responsibilities

Travel extensively to customer sites across the northeast US to build relationships, assess needs, and present tailored solutions
Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipelines, track progress, and forecast opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical services, engineering, business unit teams and external partners to deliver value-driven solutions
Identify and pursue service sales opportunities, with a focus on replacement and retrofit projects
Act as a market expert, gathering competitive intelligence and identifying emerging trends and technologies
Prepare localized Sales Plan, based on a data driven analysis of the IB, and historic sales figures, including action/sales activities
Engage key decision-makers at municipal utilities, industrial facilities, and engineering firms to influence purchasing decisions

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Up to 5+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably in water and wastewater markets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems
Ability to travel 50-75% across the northeast region within the US

Preferred

Strong understanding of municipal and industrial water treatment processes, especially separation technologies
