They are looking for a Material Planner to join their Supply Chain team, responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Responsibilities
Developing and optimizing MRP processes and master data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in supply chain operations
Managing daily demand signals, ordering, and inventory levels to support production and product availability
Identifying supply constraints, escalating issues to the appropriate cross-functional teams and driving resolution proactively
Ensuring accurate planning and timely delivery of parts, raw materials, and internal assemblies to production workcenters
Owning the reporting and analysis of supply chain health, providing key stakeholders with insights to support decision-making, including Engineering (cut-in dates for new designs), Purchasing (procurement signals), Manufacturing (clear-to-build status), and Business Development (supply visibility for customer commitments)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years in global supply chain management, planning, or procurement
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
Proficient in SQL or advanced competency in MS Excel
Comfortable pushing a fast but sustainable pace
Enthusiasm for boating and clean energy
