Responsibilities
Play a key role in architecting, designing, and deploying the complete test solutions—including hardware, software, and algorithms—for next-generation products
Partner closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams
Develop the critical test methodologies and instrumentation needed for system characterization, calibration, and validation in a fast-paced and collaborative product development environment
Qualification
Required
BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
3+ years of experience in a programming languages like C/C++ or Python
Preferred
End-to end Test Design experience creating and documenting comprehensive test plans, defining test cases and coverage, and developing validation methodologies for complex systems
International Travel: Positions requires international travel (up to 25%) to support manufacturing partners during key product builds. This typically involves 2-4 trips per year to sites in Asia
Hands-on experience with electronics debugging tools
Electrical engineering fundamentals (ability to read schematics & layout & component data-sheets)
Background in testing high-volume consumer electronics, particularly with Touch, Sensing, Display, or other complex user-facing technologies
Ability to perform and interpret statistical data analysis
Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies like Design of Experiments (DOE)
