Responsibilities

Compiling and creating a complete set of requirements for Radar Components
Managing our technical suppliers and coordinating technical activities and project milestones across internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Perception, Systems, Mechanical, Vehicle, Manufacturing, Quality, SW, Cybersecurity, Diagnostic, Reliability)
Develop and lead radar acceptance, performance, and characterization testing
Ensure and support vehicle integration efforts
Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution
Lead continuous improvement projects for components

Required

5+ years of experience in automotive, OEM, or a similar industry
Experience with radar system design, with a deep understanding of automotive radar hardware design/architecture, radar DSP, and radar testing/performance
Basic knowledge of common vehicle electrical and networking systems (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc.)
Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics interfaces and protocols (UDS, etc.)
Ability to work effectively within rigid design, integration, and time constraints
Ability to interface globally with people at all levels and abilities, including both internal and external teams, to achieve project success
Self-motivated, organized, flexible, and able to balance and prioritize multiple diverse projects
Ability to quickly and creatively solve problems, independently and in teams, while maintaining quality work
Bachelor's degree within Engineering (STEM) or a related field of study

Preferred

Experience with hands-on vehicle integration, including wiring harnesses and packaging
