Responsibilities
Provide high-caliber premium implementation support to customers for our most technical Ads products
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives to scale support for the Sales team, and collect/funnel technical voice of the market to Product
Identify, design and build tools and technical processes to increase operational efficiency for Sales and Support as well as drive Product adoption in market
Develop points of view on technical market challenges and work with Product/Engineering to support their roadmap
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science or related technical field
4+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development
Excellent software development skills and fluency in at least one back-end programming language (preferably Java, C++, or Python)
Proficiency in Javascript and Web fundamentals
Experience in Cloud/Distributed development (e.g., AWS, GCE, GCP, BigTable, BigQuery etc.)
Strong technical and problem-solving skills, the ability to understand and troubleshoot systems and application flows, dive deep into complex problems & find their root cause
Enjoy working with, supporting, and teaching customers
Comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Fluent in English
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize well in a fast-growing, dynamic work environment
Preferred
Experience in the adtech, performance marketing, retail media, or machine learning space
