They are seeking a Program/Technical SME to lead business development initiatives, manage the business development pipeline, and cultivate relationships with federal agencies.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the business development pipeline in the Federal Civilian market, ensuring our continued growth and success
Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to develop and execute account and sales plans that drive business expansion and align with our strategic goals
Maximize opportunities by leveraging your expertise in task orders and identifying new contract vehicles that support our growth strategy
Cultivate strong relationships with federal agencies and industry partners to increase brand awareness and expand our footprint
Qualification
Required
Proven experience writing successful proposals and winning business with agencies like the FDA
Strong understanding of government contracting, agency processes, and a track record of managing complex pipelines
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence decision-makers and drive multi-agency deals
A strategic mindset and ability to deliver on cultivating new customer relationships in key federal agencies
Proven experience in business development and government contracting
US Citizenship or Permanent Resident
Experience pursuing new business and writing winning proposals for the FDA
Exhibits a deep understanding of government contracting and target agencies
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage multi-agency, multi-year pipelines
A strategic mindset with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Experience cultivating and managing pipelines, forecasting, and closing deals
Ability to shape and deliver on a strategy to cultivate new customer relationships in strategic Federal agencies
Bachelor's degree and experience in building client relationships and capturing new business
Extensive experience with government contracting and pipeline development and a proven track record of winning opportunities with target agencies
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to navigate in an office setting unassisted
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
Strong speaking skills, including the ability to articulate thoughts clearly and excellent word enunciation skills, are required
