They are seeking a Customer Service & Consignment Specialist to manage customer orders and oversee stock reconciliation for premium intraocular lenses, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders for premium IOLs, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
Support customers, sales representatives, and eye care professionals with product inquiries and issue resolution
Manage regular reconciliation of consignment and ad-hoc IOL stock with BVI customers
Advise sales teams on stock checks and reconciliation schedules
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, invoicing issues, and reconciliation gaps within agreed timelines
Organize returns of unused or surplus consignment IOLs
Ensure full traceability of IOLs in ERP and CRM systems, including shipment, transfer, return, and credit
Prepare and distribute regular reports on consignment status, aging, expiry, and usage
Collaborate closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to close reconciliations and address risks
Proactively flag stock turn issues, delays, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Customer service experience, preferably within medical devices, ophthalmology, or healthcare
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, reconciliation, and reporting
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to quickly learn ERP and CRM systems
Calm, consistent, and customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain effective under pressure
Preferred
Experience with ophthalmic products or consignment stock models would be an advantage
