They are seeking a motivated Physical Security Manager to join their Global Security team, responsible for supporting the safeguarding of employees, assets, and facilities through the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of physical security policies and procedures
Assist in conducting security assessments and audits of facilities
Help coordinate security operations across multiple locations
Support GSOC (Global Security Operations Center) activities including monitoring, incident management, and reporting
Assist with 24/7 security monitoring and alarm response coordination
Help maintain situational awareness through security system monitoring and threat intelligence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address security vulnerabilities
Support incident response and investigation activities
Assist in vendor management and security system maintenance
Contribute to security awareness training and documentation
Learn and apply industry best practices in physical security and operations center management
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience in physical security, GSOC operations, facilities management, or related field
Basic understanding of security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, monitoring platforms)
Experience or familiarity with security operations center environments and procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work in shift-based environments and respond to time-sensitive situations
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow in the physical security field
