Responsibilities
Work within a project team to support structural projects from initial project programming up to and through construction
Analysis and design of building structures, including reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, concrete masonry, wood, and steel
Communicate effectively and coordinate with project team members, including sub-consultants and other disciplines
Qualification
Required
Possess a bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited college with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
Understanding of NYS building codes and regulations
Technical knowledge in the use of AutoCAD
Technical knowledge in BIM
Ability to work within multiple design teams and execute to meet demanding schedules
Have excellent technical writing and communication skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen or be eligible to work without an employer sponsorship
Preferred
Registration as an Intern Engineer in NY
