Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Lead interiors and architecture projects through all phases including programming, space planning, design development, construction documentation & construction administration, FF&E
Develop and manage FFE budgets and schedules
Represent the firm as needed in the professional design community
Manage multiple projects, staffing and schedules
Introduce current design concepts and workplace strategies to clients
Present design concepts, materials and furniture to clients
Qualification
Required
Registered Interior Designer or Registered Architect in the state of Texas
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an Accredited Program
5+ years' experience
Excellent leadership, management, communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Experience in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup, Adobe Suites
LEED AP
