Warehouse Logistics Administrative Manager Collingswood, NJ
Catelli Brothers is a company in the food manufacturing industry, seeking a Warehouse Logistics Administrative Manager to provide administrative support within their warehouse operations. The role involves managing daily administrative tasks, overseeing data organization for KPIs, and supporting the supervisory staff with employee issues and documentation for carriers.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Director and Supply Chain Analyst
Prioritizes, manages, organizes, and responds to daily influx of emails
Create and manage Excel files and reports
Oversees the day-to-day administrative Warehouse duties
Organize data to track and report KPI’s
Support Supervisory staff with employee’s time and attendance issues
Provide support and documentation to inbound/outbound carriers
Verifies, reviews, and tracks incoming invoices
Strong problem-solving skills
Works with accounts payable the ensure timely payment of invoices
Maintains and manages shipment documentation (i.e., BOLs)
Identifies process improvements and works with leadership to implement change
Ensures all personnel are working in a safe manner and complies with all safety regulations
Capacity to communicate effectively and professionally with all team members, management, and outside carriers
Knowledge of the food manufacturing industry
All other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven work experience as a warehouse/logistics administration manager
Expertise in Excel a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency with systems such as: Microsoft Office, Excel, Spreadsheets, Data Entry, and outlook
Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and ensure compliance
Strong knowledge of warehousing KPI's
Experience navigating ERP and WMS databases
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse office environment
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines
Demonstrate aptitude, desire, and drive for continuous development
Enforce and adhere to all company GMP, Safety, SQF, Policies and procedures
Successfully pass the onboarding process
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 yrs. experience in a warehouse office environment
Minimum 2-3 yrs. experience in logistics
Experience in food manufacturing
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: step, climb, balance, squat, kneel, bend, and reach above shoulders as needed
Work in a cold refrigerated environment
Preferred
Some college preferred
Excellent knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office
Proficient in Outlook
