Licensed Property & Casualty Client Service Representative
CPS, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Client Service Representative responsible for handling client inquiries and supporting Account Managers. The role involves assisting with marketing efforts and managing various administrative tasks related to policy quotes, billing, and invoicing in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
Client Inquiries: Address client questions, concerns, and policy inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Account Manager Support: Assist Account Managers with day-to-day tasks, including documentation, renewals, and client service
Marketing & Quotes: Obtain quotes from carriers using online rating systems and prepare proposals for clients
Billing & Invoicing: Process billing, manage invoices, and ensure clients receive accurate financial information
Finance Agreements: Assist with preparing and managing finance agreements for clients
Proposal Preparation: Work with the marketing team to prepare and send proposals to clients, ensuring all details are accurate
Qualification
Required
1-3+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance or related field
2-20 Property & Casualty - General Lines License
Strong knowledge of insurance rating systems and online quote tools
Experience with billing, invoicing, and finance agreements
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
