Responsibilities

Ensure plans adhere to IRS and ERISA regulations
Prepare and file the required forms, such as Form 5500 and Form 1099-R
Monitor plan contribution limits and perform necessary testing (ADP/ACP, 410(b), etc.)
Review plan documents/SPD’s to consult with plan sponsors as needed
Collaborate with actuaries to ensure seamless plan administration
Benefit calculation, actuarial valuation, and nondiscrimination testing of DB plan experience not required
