Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for custom window and door components
Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate machining and efficient workflow
Utilize modern CAD/CAM software to create and modify machining programs
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC programming issues to minimize downtime
Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and quality control procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in CNC programming for manufacturing applications
Strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and CNC machining processes
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining programs for efficiency
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
CAM Software: Fusion 360 (preferred) or equivalent
CAD Software: Autodesk AutoCAD 2025 or equivalent
3D Modeling: Autodesk Inventor Professional 2025 or equivalent
