Responsibilities

Lead and manage high-end residential and hospitality construction projects from inception to completion
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications and regulations
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Proficiency in project management software and tools
