Associate Director - Workforce Technologies and Analytics - FT - Days - MSS

The Associate Director - Workforce Technologies and Analytics provides specialized technical and operational support for Human Resources information systems (HRIS) across the organization.

Responsibilities
Works to resolve user interface issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences
Determines origin of system malfunctions and works collaboratively with staff and/or vendors to resolve problems
Installs, operates, tests and maintains Human Resources information systems
Manages system resources including capacity, availability, security and recovery in conjunction with Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) IT
Collaborates or serves as a lead on projects to support the overall HR strategy
Manages team to include hiring, performance management, coaching, development and training of all staff to ensure their success
Serves as an internal resource and consultant regarding the functioning and administration of assigned systems
Collaborates on systems strategic planning, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and training initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelors (Required)
Five (5) years relevant work experience
Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
May require specialized knowledge of a business line
