Responsibilities

Work with Technical leads to define schedule and resources and coordinate internal personnel resources across multiple tasks
Coordinate with technical personnel to include vendor information in project timeline
Develop project spend plans for a combination of Cost Plus and Firm Fixed Price efforts
Track all project budgets, deliverables and milestones to ensure successful project execution
Support Technical leads in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Collect and analyze cost performance data reports in order to identify cost, schedule, and performance trends and deviations and recommend corrective action
Attend meetings and briefings on EVM, IPTs and schedule performance

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline is required
5+ years of relevant Program Management experience managing DoD acquisition programs as a prime or sub-contractor (10+ years desired)

Preferred

Experience throughout the program lifecycle from development through full rate production
Knowledge of management tools and policies (i.e., FAR, DFAR, Requirements Management tools, RFPs, CDRLs, SOWs, DoDI 5000.02)
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and implementation
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
