They are seeking an Associate Director for Workforce Technologies and Analytics who will provide specialized technical and operational support for Human Resources information systems (HRIS) and manage a team to ensure their success.

Responsibilities

Works to resolve user interface issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences

Determines origin of system malfunctions and works collaboratively with staff and/or vendors to resolve problems

Installs, operates, tests and maintains Human Resources information systems

Manages system resources including capacity, availability, security and recovery in conjunction with Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) IT

Collaborates or serves as a lead on projects to support the overall HR strategy

Manages team to include hiring, performance management, coaching, development and training of all staff to ensure their success

Serves as an internal resource and consultant regarding the functioning and administration of assigned systems

Collaborates on systems strategic planning, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and training initiatives
