Responsibilities
Develop and lead global supply chain strategies for PCBs, and EE component
Collaborate with the design, engineering, manufacturing, demand and logistics team to optimize component selection and supply chain performance
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for supply chain continuity by managing supply and capacity needs at the supplier level
Qualification
Required
Experienced in global supply chain management, sourcing and selecting suppliers for PCBs, and EE components
Proficient in negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers and ability to develop should-cost models
Strong supplier management with good experience in managing supply and capacity at suppliers based on MPS
Develop and lead global supply chain strategies for PCBs, and EE component
Collaborate with the design, engineering, manufacturing, demand and logistics team to optimize component selection and supply chain performance
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for supply chain continuity by managing supply and capacity needs at the supplier level
