Responsibilities

Prepare and format print-ready files for large format event printing (banners, signage, installations)

Design brand collateral, including:

Proposals and design decks

Social media graphics and marketing materials

Promotional merchandise

Non-technical web graphics

Vehicle wrap concepts

Collaborate closely with project managers, fabricators, and our in-house team

Maintain high standards of brand consistency across all touchpoints

Deliver polished designs on rapid timelines, adapting quickly and delivering with precision

Support future initiatives in event design, brand development, and marketing strategy

Qualification

Required

Minimum 1 year of graphic design experience, with proven success in large format print prep

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

Portfolio showcasing: File formatting for print (ideally large format), Range of collateral (social media, merchandise, proposals, environmental graphics, etc.)

Comfortable working under tight deadlines—quick conception to execution

Detail-oriented, adaptive, and aligned with a modern, immersive aesthetic
