The ideal candidate will manage incoming payments, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while providing exceptional customer service to clients regarding their accounts.

Responsibilities
Process and record accounts receivable transactions in accordance with GAAP and SOX compliance
Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of debits and credits
Assist in the analysis of accounts to identify discrepancies or issues
Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure seamless financial operations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to billing and payments
Support revenue cycle management efforts by ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong understanding of financial concepts
Excellent customer service skills
Process and record accounts receivable transactions in accordance with GAAP and SOX compliance
Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of debits and credits
Assist in the analysis of accounts to identify discrepancies or issues

Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation tasks
Effective negotiation skills for managing collections and payment discussions
Solid math skills to ensure precise calculations in financial reporting
Professional phone etiquette for customer interactions related to accounts receivable inquiries
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
