Responsibilities

Translating business concepts into actionable technical plans

Contributing to engineering work on the microservices and integration layers

Managing external development teams to ensure delivery quality

Identifying technical risks and edge cases in early-stage ideas

Communicating across disciplines: working closely with EIRs, product, and leadership

Required

5-10 years of experience in software engineering (we're flexible; quality over pedigree) with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Strong technical judgment: ability to distinguish what's feasible, what's not, and what's risky

Excellent communication and collaboration skills—especially in cross-functional or ambiguous environments

Experience with full-stack or backend systems; React, React Native, and Python are a plus

Experience with shaping ML pipelines or experimenting with agentic systems

Comfort working in hybrid roles that blend engineering with product strategy
