The role involves leading sales efforts, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and owning the product roadmap to revolutionize the insurance claims process using AI technology.

Responsibilities
Drive Sales: Own outbound. Talk to restoration companies, adjusters, and carriers. Design pilots and close real deals
Lay the GTM Foundation: Shape the early GTM plan we’ll use to reach contractors, restoration teams, and insurance carriers - and own the process of testing and refining it
Validate the GTM Motion: Define the ICP, shape the wedge, test pricing. Iterate quickly based on what the market says
Shape the Narrative: Build the story and pitch that connects with both customers and investors. Translate user pain into vision
Lead the Company: If aligned, incorporate Wave with us and become its full-time CEO, with full backing from BetterFutureLabs
Own the Product Roadmap: Through customer feedback and discovery conversations, help define our must-have vs nice-to-have feature set
Qualification
Required
Resourceful - You figure out a way to get into the rooms you need to be in no matter what, no job is below you, roll up your sleeves, use AI to get leverage
You lead with urgency, allergic to the 'I'll do it tomorrow' mindset, don't drop a followup, automate what you can, and ship before others even start writing a spec
You've led or founded early-stage products, and know how to thrive in ambiguity and move without permission
You're comfortable selling, and excited to spend your time talking to customers and getting to 'yes.' or 'no.' because no's can be just as valuable
You move fast, are allergic to 'wait and see,' and are energized by getting real traction under real deadlines
You want to be a Cofounder - not just in title, but in ownership, mindset, and commitment
Preferred
You've worked in or around insurance, restoration, or claims tech - or you're deeply curious and quick to ramp up
You've got a network in the restoration or insurance space and know how to leverage it to get pilots moving
