Responsibilities
Searches resources, physical evidence, documents, and legal records to obtain information applicable to a case or issue under consideration
Conducts legal research by studying laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court opinions, including precedents and reasoning
Re-shelves files and organizes file room space
Documents and files materials received
Assists in answering office visitors and providing information to requestors
Operates office machines including computer, printer, photocopier and scanning equipment to enter and retrieve information
Assures the services delivered meet quality and timeliness standards
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Valid Texas Class C driver's license
