Responsibilities
Lead the evolution of product delivery across Private Alternatives
Bring deep industry expertise and champion outcome-focused delivery
Lead a globally distributed team through modern, async-first collaboration models
Replace heavyweight process with clarity, transparency, and measurable business impact
Qualification
Required
5+ years in product roles, preferably in financial tech
7+ years in private investment management (PE, credit, RE, infra)
Deep understanding of investment lifecycle from origination to exit
Experience with fund administration, investor reporting, and compliance
Knowledge of alternative investment data sources and infrastructure
Experience with post-Scrum delivery models (Shape Up, flow-based, dual track)
Track record of replacing story points with flow metrics
Familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran)
Track flow efficiency with DORA metrics and value-stream maps
Focus on eliminating handoffs and increasing team throughput
Instill AL-first thinking to automate repetitive analysis
Leverage OKRs and outcome framing over feature roadmaps
Use this forum to enable shared prioritization and governance
Replace roadmap theater with outcome-led, transparent decision-making
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Tech
Experience with SEC/CFTC regulatory environments
Institutional reporting or fund platform exposure
CSPO, CPM, or PMP certifications
