Responsibilities

Establish accident prevention measures
Schedule training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production
Identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks
Develop metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output
Ensure compliance with established industry safety and design standards and guidelines
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

AutomationElectrical EngineeringInstrumentationSupervisory ExperienceSafety Compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum four years of related work experience
Minimum four years' experience in Automation, Electrical or Instrumentation (AEI)

Preferred

Two years of supervisory experience
