Customer Success Specialist in California & Mid-Atlantic States (EEG Experience Required)
Zeto is a groundbreaking EEG company revolutionizing brain monitoring with their FDA-cleared, cloud-enabled platform. They are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support their growing customer base by ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and providing exceptional support. The ideal candidate will conduct training, provide technical support, manage customer relationships, and oversee onboarding projects.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site training for clinicians, researchers, and therapists on EEG device setup, usage, and best practices
Lead onboarding programs to ensure smooth adoption of EEG technology
Develop training materials and provide ongoing education to customers
Act as the first point of contact for customer support via phone, email, and remote access
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to EEG devices, software, and network connectivity
Collaborate with IT teams at hospitals and clinics to address system compatibility and security concerns
Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive check-ins and performance reviews
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers maximize the value of their EEG solutions
Identify opportunities for additional training, upgrades, or product enhancements
Oversee customer onboarding projects, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables
Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Track customer progress and provide reports on engagement, satisfaction, and adoption rates
Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the customer support system
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to improve device functionality and customer experience
Contribute to the development of FAQs, knowledge base articles, and training documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Neurodiagnostic or EEG Technologist
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Healthcare Technology, or related)
Experience as an EEG technologist
2+ years of experience in customer success, technical support, or a related role —preferably in a medical device or healthcare technology company
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel frequently to customer sites (up to 50%)
Preferred
Experience working with hospitals, research facilities, or outpatient clinics is a plus
