Hands-on experience with Test Data Management tools such as Informatica TDM, CA Test Data Manager, Delphix, IBM Optim, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and SQL scripting
Experience in data masking, subsetting, cloning, and synthetic data generation techniques
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, etc.) and test automation frameworks
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/DevOps methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
