They are seeking a Test Analyst with strong domain knowledge in process manufacturing to translate business requirements into test cases, execute test cycles, and ensure quality assurance.

Responsibilities
Analyze user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams to develop comprehensive test cases
Execute manual and automated test cases to validate business requirements
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and test coverage is complete
Document, track, and retest defects through resolution
Apply knowledge of process manufacturing and MES to ensure accurate validation of workflows and systems
Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and reporting activities
Ensure testing activities are aligned with quality assurance methodologies and project timelines
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of process manufacturing concepts and best practices
Experience working on at least one project in the manufacturing domain
Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Ability to convert user stories, functional documents, and process flow diagrams into test cases
Solid understanding of QA methodologies (manual and automated)
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Highly motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of software testing or test analyst experience
Manufacturing or MES project experience is required
Preferred
Experience with test management tools (qTest, ALM, or similar)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage
